Categories

The products of the Poggi Spa Group are divided into two categories: machinery and accessories. The machinery include the OR and ORC series Horizontal Silos, the Big Bag Silos, the Manual Bag Breaker, the Powder Blender Machine and the ES Screw Conveyor. The accessories include the kits and individual products described in the "Accessory/Spare Parts" section.

Ex-Works products

As for the machinery, these are to be considered as ex-works products. At the check out the shipping cost will not be calculated and our office will contact the customer to agree on the best way to manage it. One possibility is to determine together with the customer the shipping costs, which he will have to pay, and then the Poggi Spa Group’s vehicles will carry out the delivery to the pre-established place.
Shipments always leave from Italy. 

Accessories

Shipping costs for accessories are automatically calculated at check out and are shipped directly from our warehouse in Italy. Orders depart within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase. 

Courier Service

For Italy we rely on TNT.
For abroad we rely on FEDEX.
Except where extraordinary circumstances occur, we undertake to do everything in our power to send the product(s) order indicated in the Shipment Confirmation by the date indicated in this Shipment Confirmation or, if not specified any delivery date, within the estimated deadline at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
